啥物是 Quark？
伊是一種若雞卵豆腐 ê 生 Tshì-sù，伊無美國 Khu-lì-mù Tshì-sù 厚脂肪不而過伊有厚厚 ê 卵白質。
Quark 主要時行國家 tī 德國、奧地利交瑞士，Quark 這个名稱通用 tī 德國交瑞士，Topfen 通用 tī 奧地利交德國南爿大州拜仁州。
Quark 𫝛時 mā 是德國、奧地利、瑞士頂港有名聲，下港上出名 Tshì-sù 雞卵糕 ê 主要靈魂人物。Tshì-sù 雞卵糕 tī 德國 mā 分兩種講法，一款是通用 tî 前西德 ê Käsekuchen，一款是通用 tī 前東德 ê Quarkkuchen。
Quark mā 是我上愛 ê 甜粅粅，特別是早起頓 ê 甜路杯，我愛植物奶抑是牛奶透 Quark ê 味素 tsuē 過希臘優格。德國人 kā Quark 做優格食 ê 時慣勢淋寡亞麻仁籽油抑是橄欖油，我猶是亞洲胃，我 tuì 甜粅粅淋寡料理油猶是無法度接受，所致這斗當我𫝻著 Quark 敆鱷梨仔，喙瀾隨㴙㴙落，起因我愛鱷梨仔，伊 tī 營養學又閣分類 tī 油脂類，遮爾仔一餌釣雙魚 ê 食譜呔通無款來試鹹汫。
Oh...正港好味素甲連 gún 翁 mā 放棄詬詬唸，咱食這愛敆寡橄欖油抑是亞麻仁籽油。

Ich weiß, aber ich mag keines, besonders mit Leinöl, sage ich.
Heute habe ich das Rezept gelesen, Quark mit Avocado, oje, das ist eine sehr gute Idee, ich liebe Avocado und Avocado gehören zum Fett, nicht zur Frucht. Perfekt und super lecker.

What is Quark?
Quark is a type of fresh cheese with a firm, creamy texture a fresh with high protein milk product.
Quark is the name of Germany and Switzerland, Topfen is the name of Austria and Bavaria, Germany. He is the main soul of German, Austrian and Swiss Cheesecake. Quark is also one of my favorite sweet treats for breakfast. Yes, i love Quark more than yogurt and this is a popular combination in Germany: Quark with berries and one or two spoonfuls of linseed oil. I am not German so i still can't get used to it, especially the smell of linseed oil, but with olive oil works well for me.
I saw a recipe today, it works with Avocado, i love Avocado and i love this wayof preparing it more than with oilve oil.
