德國水餃酸菜湯

Maultaschen　300g

德國酸菜　500g

Kam-má-tooh　300g

洋蔥，剁幼　1

芳料草

滾水　500ml

鹽 & 胡椒

...... 步數 ......

1. 洋蔥落鼎炒芳，落 Kam-má-tooh 炒軟，滾水、酸菜、芳料草做陣摻落去煮20分鐘，tiàu 寡鹽、胡椒。

2. Maultaschen 摻落去，煮6分鐘，樂暢來食。

Ich habe meinen Mann gefragt, ob du zum Abendessen Maultaschen haben möchtest, und er hat ja gesagt.

Daraufhin dachte ich an dies.

Die Freundin meines Mannes sagt, sie mag keine Maultaschen, sie glaubt auch nicht, dass asiatische ' Maultaschen ' etwas Besonderes sind.

Aber sie liebt es, italienische ' Maultaschen ' zu essen und zu machen.

Dieser Vorfall erinnert mich an dieses Zitat.

In fremden Ländern ist der Mond voller.

Es bedeutet, dass es, egal wo wir stehen, nur einen Mond gibt.

Aber wir können weiterhin sagen, dass der Mond in unserem eigenen Land hässlich und der Mond in anderen Ländern schön ist.

Maultaschen mit Sauerkrautsuppe

...... Zutaten ......

Gekochte Maultaschen　300g

Sauerkraut　500g

Tomatensoße　300g

Wasser　500ml

Fein gehackte Zwiebel　1

Kräuter

Salz & Pfeffer

...... Zubereitung ......

1. Zwiebel in die Pfanne geben und anbraten bis sie goldbraun ist.

2. Sauerkraut, Tomatensoße, Kräuter, Wasser in die Pfanne geben auf mittlere Stufe ca. 10 Minuten kochen.

3. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.

4. Maultaschen hinzufügen. Guten Appetit!

I asked my husband if you would like to have Maultaschen for dinner and he said yes.

Then I thought of this.

My husband's girlfriend says she doesn't like Maultaschen, she doesn't think Asian ' Maultaschen ' are special either.

But she loves to eat and make Italian ' Maultaschen '.

This incident reminds me of this quote.

In foreign countries, the moon is fuller.

It means that no matter where we stand, there is only one moon.

But we can still say that the moon in our own country is ugly and the moon in other countries is beautiful.

Maulttaschen in Sauerkraut Soup

...... Ingredients ......

Cooked Maultaschen　300g

Sauerkraut　500g

Tomato sauce　300g

Water　500ml

Finely chopped onion　1

Herbs

Salt & Pepper

...... Method ......

1. Add the onion to the pan and fry until golden brown.

2. Add the sauerkraut, tomato sauce, herbs and water to the pan and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4. Add the Maultaschen. Enjoy your meal!
