1. 優格、牛奶、鱷梨仔濫做陣絞 hōo 齊。

2. 弓蕉、林檎、核桃鋪落去，樂暢來食。

Erstmal in Frankreich "Pomme" gelesen, ich habe gedacht das ist Pommes und Pommes ist Süßer Kuchen. Das ist sehr interessant für mich. Aber die Pomme ist ohne "S".

Apfel in Stücke geschnitten　1

1. Den Joghurt mit der Milch und der Avocado in einem Stabmixer pürieren.

2. Apfel mit Bananen und Nuss hinzufügen. Guten Appetit!

The first time I read "pomme" in France, I thought it was French fries and fries is sweet cake. That's very interesting for me. But the pomme is without "S".

1. Blend the yoghurt with the milk and avocado in a hand blender.
