1. 鼎捊油，馬鈴薯舖落去，崁蓋，捘䆀䆀仔火烘甲邊角小可仔赤赤。

2. 卵敲落去，崁蓋烘甲熟，反面，閣烘2~3分鐘，tiàu 寡鹽、胡椒，樂暢來食。

Bauernfrühstück

...... Zubereitung ......

1. Das Fett in der Pfanne gleichmäßig verteilen, die Kartoffel in die Pfanne geben, Deckel drauf und auf kleiner Stufe kochen bis sie goldbraun ist. 

2. Ei in die Pfanne geben, Deckel daruf, auf kleiner Stufe kochen bis das Ei fest ist. Dann den Kartoffelteig umdrehen und weitere 2~3 Minuten kochen.  

3. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Guten Appetit!

Potato Pancakes

Egg　2

Salt,pepper

1. Evenly distribute the fat in the pan, put the potatoes in the pan, put the lid on and cook on a low level until golden brown.

2. Put the egg in the pan, put the lid on, and cook on a low heat until the egg is firm. Then turn the potato dough over and cook for another 2 ~ 3 minutes.

3. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy your meal!
