Tha̍k 著 tsit 篇文章我 tsiah 知影 tī 德國一粒紅草花(紫甘藍)至少有三種講法。

「Rothkohl」是我上熟似 ê 名。

「Rotkraut」我讀著字猶原知影伊是 siánn-mih。

「Blaukraut」我佮伊是生份人....

Ná 讀文章 ná 想紅草花是按怎會號做「Blaukraut」。

Ah，我想著矣...

伊 ê 湯汁著是紺色。

德文 ê 號名是按伊本身 ê 色水去鬥伊 ê 本體，親像「Rothkohl」佮「Rotkraut」意思著是烏𪐞紅草花。

因為 tsit 篇文章 hōo 我 sīm tsit 件代誌，tī iáu-buē 揣--著「球芽甘藍」ê 台文字名進前，我 bueh 按怎紹介 tsit 个食材？

參考維基百科英文、法文、西文、葡萄牙文等等 ê 紹介，我個人是意愛德文 ê 號名「Rosenkohl」玫瑰草花。

Kohl kap Kraut = 𠕆 tshiam ê 高麗菜

煠好 ê Ì-tāi-lī 麵　180g

煠好 ê 玫瑰草花　300g

Bá-tah　30g

蒜頭，刴幼

Lê-bóng 汁　1TL

Phang-bi̍t　1/4TL

芳料草

鹽、胡椒

...... 步數 ......

1. 玫瑰草花、蒜頭 lām 做陣 tshiau tsiâu。

2. Lê-bóng 汁、Phang-bi̍t lām 做陣抐 hōo tsiâu。

3. 麵、bá-tah lām 做陣 tshiau tsiâu。

4. 3 + 4 lām 做陣 tshiau tsiâu，tiàu 寡鹽、胡椒。

5. 掖寡芳料草，樂暢來食。

Wenn ich habe das gelesen.

Ich denke, warum Rotkohl ist Blaukraut?

Weil kenne ich Rotkohl und Rotkraut sind das gleiche Gemüse, aber Blaukraut?

Dann...Ach so...

Den Saft vom Rotkohl ist Blau.

Das ist sehr interessant für mich und neues Wort gelernt.

Übrigens, ich liebe Rosenkohl.

Nudeln mit Rosenkohl

...... Zutaten ......

Gekochte Nudeln　180g

Gekochter Rosenkohl　300g

Butter　30g

Knoblauch in kleine Stücke geschnitten

Zitronensaft　1TL

Honig　1/4TL

Kräuter

Salz ＆ Pfeffer

...... Zubereitung ......

1. Rosenkohl mit Knoblauch gut mischen.

2. Honig und Zitronensaft gut mischen. 

3. Nudeln mit Butter gut mischen, 1 und 2 dazu geben und gut mischen. 

4. Mit Salz und Pfeffer, Kräuter abschmecken. Guten Appetit!

When i read this.

I wondering why red cabbage is blue cabbage?

Because I know red cabbage (Rotkohl) and red cabbage (Rotkraut) are the same vegetable, but blue cabbage?

Then ... oh ...

The juice from the red cabbage is blue.

This is very interesting for me and I learned a new word.

By the way, I love Brussels sprouts.

Pasta with Brussels sprouts

Cooked pasta　180g

Cooked Brussels sprouts　300g

Butter　30g

Cut the garlic into small pieces

Honey　1/4TL

Lemon juice　1TL

Herbs

Salt ＆ Pepper

...... Method ......

1. Mix the Brussels sprouts well with garlic.

2. Mix honey and lemon juice well.

3. Mix the pasta well with butter, add 1 and 2 and mix well.

4. Season with salt and pepper, herbs. Enjoy your meal!
