窗捲簾一 khiú 不見見光想 bueh 探頭 ê レモン芳料草，不見一頭若火鬚 ê Apollo，天地一片 Hesse ê 罩霧烏陰，每一欉樹每一粒石攏寂寞。

雪一片一片落重重疊疊 tshan-tshiūnn 家鄉 ê 雪花冰，手頭 ê 筍菜是阿母 tuì 囝婿 ê 惜花連盆，疼囝連婿。

我一手筍菜，一目雪花冰恬靜 tī 2月初5迒過四季天佮地、掰開烏陰恬靜 Somewhere in time。

這幾月日翁彼台 tsham 伊 kiōng-bueh 平歲 ê ラジオ m̄ 知啥物因端步頻 uì 頭篩仔踅去伊笑講 ê「彼是頂一沿 tsiah-ē 聽 ê 頻道」，我 m̄ 知影這个頻道敢誠實遮爾仔舊漚舊臭，總是一聽就隨牢踮遐無 閣捘別 ê 頻道。

翁見我自彼日 m̄ 捌閣捘台好玄問我「這台敢 hōo 火燒過，抑無你呔 ē tuì 伊有興趣」，窮實我家己 mā m̄ 知影 uī-hô ē 牢 tī 遐，總是隨人有隨人 ê 喙斗。

今仔日那款早起頓那聽ラジオ，一條敢若火燒豬頭 -- 面熟 m̄-koh 煞想 buē 起來 ê 歌 hōo 我就凝心，tī 尻川猶未頓落椅條隨牛聲馬喉 hōo 伊聽。

「我 mā 是火燒豬頭，m̄-koh 捎無摠」伊講。

我 ê 個性較龜怪，好玄 ê 火引一著，無揣著結果 buē kā 伊禁火。

三喙做一喙緊 kā 早起頓食 hōo 了，碗箸放了隨上網路照我記 ē 牢 ê 句開始揣線索。

四常足慼 Google「臆你有興趣 」，這久卻愛伊愛甲 buē 顧，起因 tsiah 巡無幾頁隨揣著我 bueh 愛 ê 歌曲 Daniel Boone - Beautiful Sunday 1972 (Original Stereo)。

1. Yogur、義大利芳醋、橄欖油、鹽、蒜頭、胡椒、糖做一伙抐 hōo tsiâu，落筍菜 tshiau tsiâu，樂暢來食。

Ein Lied Daniel Boone - Beautiful Sunday 1972 (Original Stereo) bringen uns zur Kindheit zurück.

Ein Salat bringt uns dazu, über verschiedene Esskulturen zu sprechen.

Z.B. In Taiwan,  wir kochen den Salat in der Pfanne und essen ihn  dann europäischen Stil.

Aber den Salat essen wir normalweise mit Thousand Island Dressing.

Es gibt nicht so viel Salatdressing zur Auswahl wie in Deutschland.

In Deutschland, die deutschen essen Salat wie Salat und mit viel Dressing, wie die Joghurt Soße.

Ich mag keine Thousand Island Dressing oder den Geschmack aus der Pfanne...

Deshalbe esse ich nicht viel Eisbergsalat in Taiwan.

Aber, ich liebe Eisbergsalat mit Joghurtdressing.

Das ist sehr sehr lecker.

Eisbergsalat mit Joghurt

Eisbergsalat in kleine Stücke geschnitten　1/2

Joghurt　3EL

Olivenöl　1EL

Aceto balsamico　1/4TL

Zucker　1/4TL

Fein gehackter Knoblauch

Salz, Pfeffer

...... Zubereitung ......

1. Joghurt, balsamico, Olivenöl, Salz, Knoblauch, Zucker und Pfeffer gut mischen, der Eisbergsalat dazu geben und gut mischen. Guten Appetit!

A song by Daniel Boone - Beautiful Sunday 1972 (Original Stereo) brings us back to childhood.

A salad makes us talk about different food cultures.

E.x. in Taiwan, we cook the salad in the pan and then eat it European style.

But we usually eat the salad with Thousand Island Dressing.

The way we eat salad, there are not too many sauces to choose as Germany. 

In Germany, Germans eat salad with a lot of dressing, like yoghurt sauce.

I don't like Thousand Island Dressing or the taste of fried salad  ...

That's why I don't eat a lot of Salad in Taiwan.

But, I love Salad with yogurt dressing.

It's very, very tasty. 

Iceberg lettuce with yogurt

Iceberg lettuce cut into small pieces　1/2

Yogurt　3EL

Olive oil　1EL

Aceto balsamico　1/4TL

Sugar　1/4TL

Finely chopped garlic

Salt,pepper 

...... Method ......

1. Mix the yogurt, balsamico, olive oil, salt, garlic, sugar and pepper well, add the iceberg lettuce and mix well. Enjoy your meal!
