那食下昏飯那聽 La-jí-ooh mā 那看露台影戲變化。

本底佮 gún 保持社交距離 ê 厝鳥仔，這久見著 gún 按灶跤行到食飯廳 buē 閣若較早按呢按呢隨飛甲無半隻。

Gún 那食飯那享受遮 ê 無經過彩排抑是設計 ê 影戲，步頻西北雨來相揣，厝鳥無愛佮伊做朋友斡頭隨走，賰 gún 隔一个窗佮西北雨相向。

Gún 鹹 ê 食 bueh 煞，西北雨 mā 接受家己正經是無人緣臭乞食羶願意離開。

「敢閣 bueh 食寡甜粅粅」我問翁。

「Bueh」聽伊應 bueh 開始窮碗箸 ê 我雄雄感受一个熟甲若火炭 ê 感覺隨 kā 頭擔起來揣「感覺」。

「你 tī 看啥？」翁問。

「雄雄感覺恁老母 tī 附近」我講。

「𪜶 tī 北部，而且𪜶 bueh 遐爾仔無禮數，無講一聲就來過家過宅」翁笑講。

我無應話靜心等待彼个感覺出現，來--ah，伊來--ah，祀佛公雙目金金看花坩喝「恁老母來--ah。」

看我遮爾仔認真，翁正經掠做𪜶爸母 ê 車停 tī 露台邊 ê 街仔路 mā 綿精綴 leh 揣「gún 爸母 tī 佗位？」伊問。

我手指 Daniel ê 露台，翁 mā 順我手指 ê 所在看過去。

「彼是 Amsel」翁笑甲強欲痚呴講。

「莫講話，斟酌看，斟酌看恁阿母今仔日 bueh 變啥物魍」我講。

Amsel 先按 Daniel ê 露台聊聊仔划過我種大同仔兼囥鳥仔飼料 ê 所在，又閣勻勻仔行轉去 Daniel 遐假做我無 teh 檢查敢閣有物件通食。

Gún 若看伊 tī Daniel 遐頭那越 gún 這爿，尾溜那翹「伊等一下 ē 閣划過來」我講。

「漚戲拖棚已經結束」我講。

「總舖師窮實 ē 受得無桶師，總是無桶師 ê 吩咐 bueh 落柴，囉哩八嗦 ē hōo 總舖師甘願去做仙，閒仙仙」翁講。

「你當時搪著 Socrates」我笑問。

「咱兜」翁應。

Amsel 看 gún 猶原祀佛公，無半个人 bueh 請伊入來座就自動行入來做伙食麻油雞 --- 開始食飼料閣那食那 tuì gún 相。

「like Amsel, like your mother，伊 teh 講後回愛閣囥一杯茶，茶閣愛 iōng 啥物材質 ê 瓷仔泡」我講。

「我 buē 閣做寡得失土地公，飼無雞 ê 代誌」翁笑甲若花枝講。

「你兜 ê 土地公 tī 北爿」我講。

「M̄ 著，是 tī 南爿」翁那講 mā 那綴我窮碗箸。

我無要求 gún 翁愛翁親某親，老婆仔拋車輪，總是搪著愛食紅蟳 ê 老人，伊就愛溜溜瞅瞅，食兩蕊目睭曷無正經 ē 成做十一哥仔。

因為伊無閣堅持愛食生菜過日，記錄踮遮 ê 百外篇サラダ自然就 buē 閣有啥物機會 kā 熥 buē 離，m̄-koh 記錄 ê 文字是檢視家己 ê 彼久佮這久上好 ê 翻草。

這份食譜是 gún 翁按公共簞笥紮轉來 ê 食譜冊「Low Fat」遮來，我已經捌做過幾仔擺，總是早前攝 ê 相片真無滿意。

這斗攝 ê 相片猶原真無滿意，總是我 mā tī 遮 ê 無滿足學著滿足 tshan-tshiūnn 厝鳥 ê 哲學。

➀ Kopfsalat 揣著 ê 資料是 kā 號做「波士頓奶油萵苣」佮「奶油萵苣」這个號名按怎來我 m̄ 是專家就免講古，tī 遮我敢若記錄家己號名 ê 因由。按南歐洲來 ê 伊 tī 德國號做 Kopfsalat tī 奧地利號做 Häupt(e)lsalat，照字翻譯一个是「頭」生菜，一个是「頭人」生菜，這兩个名我攏佮意，總是我閣較佮意「頭目」這辭，準做教典講伊有貶(Pián)義。另外，萵苣 tī 公視台語台辭庫網揣著萵苣 ê 講法「萵仔菜」，我就順這个萵仔菜加頭目兩字，準做有人講伊愛講波士頓バター萵仔菜，我猶是綴德語 ê 講法，畢竟這个世界 m̄ 是英語一款，另外我捌這項生菜 mā 是按德語來 m̄ 是英語。

塗肉林檎ひき肉炒

馬鈴薯，切塊　600g

ひき肉　200g

洋蔥，刴幼　1

蒜頭，剁幼　

Khu-lì-mù　50g

滾水　500ml　

麵粉　20g

鹽、胡椒

...... 步數 ......

1. 洋蔥、蒜頭落鼎炒芳，ひき肉、麵粉 lām 落去炒熟。

2. 馬鈴薯、滾水摻落去煮30分鐘，Khu-lì-mù 淋落去煮10分鐘，tiàu 寡鹽、胡椒，樂暢來食。

Wir essen und wir gucken was auf dem Balkon passiert.

Vorher, die Spatzen halten über 10km Abstand.

Nein, das ist ein Witz.

Jetzt wenn ich am Fenster bin, sie  fliegen nicht weg.

Aber , wenn ich die Tür oder Fenster öffne,

sie fliegen sofort weg.

Gut Spatze kennen die Menschen sind gefährlich, muss immer Abstand halten.

Wir essen wir gucken.

Ich frage mein Mann, hast du die Königin gesehen?

Wer, fragt mein Mann.

Die Amsel, sage ich.

Ach so, natürlich, sie kommt jeden Morgen, sagt mein Mann.

Wirklich?

Natürlich, und fast alles gegessen, lacht mein Mann.

Vielleicht, die Amsel hat die Beschwerden gehört.

Sie kommt.

Aber dieser mal sie sieht aus wie ene Diebin.

Sie versteckt sich bei Paprika und guckt auf den Balkon.

Dann, sie kommt wie normal Besucher und geht zum Ziel(Futterkerne).

Dann nochmal zurück zur Paprika und macht Pause.

Wie, hey... ich mache nichts und denke nicht zu viele nach.

Ich gucke und warte wann sie zum Ziel kommt.

1,2,3...

He...he...he...

Sie kommt.

Aber nochmal, sie geht wie ein Kind nachzum Spielgplatz geht.....Singt und Tanzt.

Dann sofort springt in die Esszone, dann gucken und gucken.

' Oh, mann... wo bin ich, wo bin ich...'

Dann isst sie und fliegt weg.

Ich sage meinem Mann.

Like Amsel, like you Mom.

Sie möchte unsere Haus besetzen.

Aber sie sagt es nicht.

Weil Sohn hat ihr gesagt.

Hier ist mein Haus und meine Frau ist in CHARGE.

Aber leider sie möchte unser Haus so dringend besetzen.

Sie kommt an jeden Platz wo ich bin, und ' so ', ' so ', ' so '...

Also ob sie etwas sucht.

Aber ich weiß, sie sucht nichts.

Sie will einfach das Haus besetzen.

Weil, das ist mein Sohn das ist mein Mann, ich bin Königin, niemand können mein Mann und mein Sohn von mir wegnehmen.

Gebratenes Hackfleisch mit Kartoffeln

...... Zutaten ......

Hackfleisch　200g

Kartoffeln in Stücke geschnitten　600g

Fein gehackte Zwiebel　1

Fein gehackter Knoblauch　

Sahne　50g

Wasser　500ml

Mehl　20g

Salz ＆ Pfeffer

...... Zubereitung ......

1. Zwiebel mit Knoblauch in die Pfanne geben und anbraten bis sie goldbraun sind.

2. Hackfleisch mit Kartoffel und Mehl dazugeben und anbraten bis sie goldbraun sind, Wasser dazugeben und gut mischen, dann ca. 30 Minuten kochen.

3. Sahne dazugeben und gut mischen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Guten Appetit!

We eat and we watch what happens on the balcony.

Mince with Potatoes Stir Fry

Minced meat　200g

Kartoffeln cut into pieces　600g

Finely chopped onion　1

Finely chopped garlic　

Cream　50g

Water　500ml

starch　20g

Salt＆ Pepper

...... Method ......

1. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and fry until golden brown.

2. Add the minced meat with potatoes and flour and fry until they are golden brown, add water and mix well, then cook for about 30 minutes.

3. Add the cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy your meal!
