今仔日 tī 樓梯間䢢拄著二樓 ê 羅馬尼亞先生，伊笑咍咍 tsham 我分享進前送 hōo 𪜶翁某回禮 ê 故事。
伊 ê 細膩佮呵咾 hōo 我這个田庄倯險險跳芭蕾來出倯。
這位先生 tī gún 埠頭 ê 合作社上班，見擺搪著合作社拍掉 ê 果子、菜蔬，伊攏 ē 紮一份轉來 hōo gún 翁某。
不而過，進前攏是 tī-leh 熱人時 tsiah ē 收著遮 ê 果子、菜蔬，sóo-pái，往過送 hōo 𪜶 ê 回禮大部份攏是酸牛奶類 ê 甜路杯。
這回是 gún 第一回 tī 寒人時收著伊捾來 ê 果子、菜蔬，收著伊 ê 禮我 tuì 翁講我想 bueh 做「波蘿麵包。」
就 tshan-tshiūnn 頂回送 hōo 三樓 ê 結婚禮仝款，起因𪜶 mā 拄結婚無偌久。
Gún 翁聽了講波蘿麵包無啥特別愛送德國麭。
人踮他鄉，我入港 隨灣，入鄉隨俗。
手䘼撆起來，開始來做麭。

罐頭王梨 160g
西洋萵仔菜 100g
罐頭串仔 125g
優格 2EL
橄欖油 1TL
芥辣醬 1/4TL
糖 1/4TL
蒜頭，刴幼
鹽、胡椒
...... 步數 ......
1. 優格、橄欖油、芥辣醬、蒜頭、鹽、胡椒、糖做一伙抐 hōo 齊。
2. 王梨、串仔、西洋萵仔菜、Sòo-sù 濫做一伙搜齊，樂暢來食。

Oje, das Brot ist besser wie von der Bäckerei, sagt heute morgen mein Nachbar aus Rumänien.
Letztes mal, ich möchte ein Taiwanisches Brötchen meinem Nachbar als Dank schenken.
Und das Brötchen hat das bedeutet " Ich wünsche ihnen alles Gute und Gesundheit und Baby kommt bald..."
Weil sie haben geheiratet.
Aber leider mein Mann möchte ein seltsam Brötchen schenken.
Trockene Ananas Stücke mit viele Zucker im Brötchen.
Ich sage, ich bin keine Europäerin, aber ich glaube unsere Nachbar liebt normale Brötchen oder Brot.
Mein Mann sagt...blah...blah...blah...
Dann das Brot, Frankenlaib war für beide die Lösung.
Das Brot mache ich mit eigenem Roggensauerteig.
Heute ich habe das Kompliment bekommen.

Thunfisch aus der Dose 125g
Eisbergsalat 100g
Ananas aus der Dose 160g
Joghurt 2EL
Olivenöl 1TL
Zucker 1/4TL
Senf 1/4TL
Fein gehackter Knoblauch
Salz ＆ Pfeffer
...... Zubereitung ......
1. Joghurt, Olivenöl, Senf, Knoblauch, Salz, Pfeffer and Zucker gut mischen.
2. Salat, Ananas, Thunfisch und Soße gut mischen. Guten Appetit!

Oh dear, the bread is better than the bakery, says my neighbor from Romania this morning.
Last time, I want to give a Taiwanese bun to my neighbor as a gift.
And the bun meant "I wish you all the best and health and baby is coming soon ..."
Because they got married.
But unfortunately my husband would like to give a strange bun.
Dry pineapple pieces with lots of sugar in the bun.
I say I'm not European, but I think our neighbor loves normal rolls or bread.
My husband says ... blah ... blah ... blah ...
Then the bread, Frankenlaib was the solution for both of them.
I make the bread with my own rye sourdough.
Today I got the compliment.
This is made my day.
Tuna Salad with Pineapple
...... Ingredients ......
Canned pineapple 160g
Iceberg lettuce 100g
Canned tuna 125g
Yogurt 2EL
Oilve oil 1TL
Sugar 1/4TL
Mustard 1/4TL
Finely chopped garlic
Salt ＆ Pepper
...... Method ......
1. Mix the yogurt, olive oil, mustard, garlic, salt, sugar and pepper well.
2. Mix the salad, pineapple, tuna and sauce well. Enjoy your meal!
