這碗湯就敢若 gún 阿媽煮 ê 湯。

伊𤆬我踅轉去囝仔時 tī 阿公阿媽 ê 厝，我坐踮食飯廳那食阿媽煮 ê 水果菜湯那聽阿公講故事 ê 囝仔時。

林檎菜擴湯

...... 材料 ......

菜擴，切塊　1/2

林檎　1粒

滾水　800ml

Sauerrahm　100g

洋蔥，刴幼

鹽、胡椒

...... 步數 ......

1. 洋蔥落鼎煏芳，菜擴、滾水摻落去煮30分鐘。

2. 林檎濫落去繼續煮10分鐘，落絞汁機絞 hōo 齊，Sauerrahm 濫落去抐 hōo 齊，tiàu 寡鹽、胡椒 ，樂暢來食。

Und sie schmeckt genauso wie in meiner Kindheit bei meiner Oma zuhause.

Kohlrabisuppe mit Apfel

...... Zutaten ......

Kohlrabi in Stücke geschnitten　1/2

Apfel in Stücke geschnitten　1

Sauerrahm　100g

Wasser　800ml

Fein gehackte Zwiebel　1

Salz ＆ Pfeffer

...... Zubereitung ......

1. Zwiebel in den Topf geben und anbraten bis sie goldbraun sind, Kohlrabi dazu geben und gut mischen, auf kleiner Stufe ca. 30 Minuten kochen.

2. Apfel dazu geben und weiter 10 Minuten kochen.

3. Mit Mixer pürieren, dann Sauerrahm dazu geben und gut mischen.

4. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Guten Appetit!

And it tastes just like it did when I was a kid at my grandma's home.

Kohlrabi soup with apple

...... Ingredients ......

Kohlrabi cut into small pieces　1/2

Apfel cut into small pieces　1

Finely chopped onion　1

Water　800g

Sour cream　100g

Salt＆ Pepper

...... Method ......

1. Put the onion in the saucepan and fry until they are golden brown, add kohlrabi and mix well, cook for about 30 minutes at a low level.

2. Add the apple and cook for 10 minutes.

3. Puree with a blender, then add sour cream and mix well.

4. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy your meal!
