Speck 75g
Kartoffelstampfer 800g
Fein gehackte Zwiebel 1
Buttermilch 500g
Wurst 2
Salz ＆ Pfeffer
...... Zubereitung ......
1. Zwiebel und Speck in der Topf geben und anbraten, Kartoffel, Buttermilch dazu geben auf kleiner Stufe zum kochen bringen. Dann mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Fertig.
2. Wenn Sie möchten, schneiden Sie eine Wurst rein. Guten Appetit!

Potato Soup with Buttermilk

Bacon 75g
Potato masher 800g
Finely chopped onion 1
Buttermilk 500g
Sausage 2
Salt ＆ Pepper
...... Method ......
