林檎挽肉咖哩

挽肉　250g

洋蔥，刴幼　1

蒜頭，刴幼　

林檎，切塊　2

咖哩粉　1TL

滾水　500ml

豆油　1EL

白酒　1EL

糖　1/4TL

鹽、胡椒

...... 步數 ......

1. 洋蔥、蒜頭落鼎煏芳，落絞肉炒熟，咖哩粉濫落去搜齊。

2. 滾水、豆油、糖、酒摻落去搜齊，煮20分鐘。

3. 林檎濫落去繼續煮10分鐘，tiàu 寡鹽、胡椒，樂暢來食。

Vielleicht habe ich über längere Jahre mit meinem Mann zu kämpfen.

Deshalb habe ich genug Geduld zum überlegen, bevor ich verärgert bin.

Deshalb wenn ich die Email gelesen habe, ich bin nicht sofort verärgert wie früher.

Ja, ich bin sehr einfach verärgert.

Wenn ich die Sache ich nicht gut mache.

Aber, nach viel Erfahrung, finde ich das ärgern nicht hilft aber mir Probleme macht.

Deshalb als ich die Email gelesen habe, ich überlege nochmal, warum schickte ich den Artikel.

Vor dem schicken, ich weiß mein Artikel passt nicht zu dem Mazagin.

Ich weiß warum ich jetzt verärgert bin.

Weil, ich fühle mein Artikel ist passt zu dem Magazin.

Wenn, ich die Email gelesen habe, die haben mich gefragt den Original Artikel zu schicken und meine private Adresse und so weiter.

Dann denke ich ja, passt!

So, in dem Fall, ich kann nur dass sagen.

Meine Nase zu hoch und lässt mich das Problem nicht sehen kann.

Zum Beispiel, normalerweise mein Artikel passt nicht zu dem Magazin, dann warum diesmal das Magazin sagt ja.

Dann würde ich weiter überlegen, was ändert das Magazin.

Bevor der Artikel nicht veröffentlicht, Magazin fragt nicht nach Adresse, Ausweis und so weiter.

Nur den Artikel veröffentlicht, dann wegen Steuer fragen die nach Namen, Adresse und so weiter.

So, über diese Erfahrung, ich würde nicht "Lügen" sagen.

Aber, ich muss sehr ehrlich sagen, ich bin glücklich.

Ich wohne in Deutschland, und ich gebe nur Deutschland Adresse und Telefon.

So, ich bin nicht besorgt meine private Nachricht in jemands Hand.

Apfelcurry mit Hackfleisch

...... Zutaten ......

Hackfleisch　250g

Fein gehackte Zwiebel　1　

Fein gehackter Knoblauch　

Apfel in kleine Stücke geschnitten　2

Currypulver　1TL

Wasser　500ml

Sojasoße　1EL

Weißwein　1EL

Zucker　1/4TL

Salz ＆ Pfeffer

...... Zubereitung ......

1. Zwiebel und Knoblauch in die Pfanne geben, kräftig anbraten bis sie glasig sind. 

2. Fleisch in die Pfanne geben kräftig anbraten. Dann Currypulver dazu geben und gut mischen.

3. Weißwein, Sojasauce, Zucker und Wasser in die Pfanne geben und gut mischen, dann ca. 20 Minuten kochen.

4. Den Apfel in die Pfanne geben und gut mischen, dann weitere 10 Minuten kochen.

5. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Guten Appetit!

Maybe I have to struggle with my husband for long years.

That's why I have enough patience to think about it before I get angry.

I live in Germany and I only give Germany address and telephone.

Mince Apple Curry

...... Ingredients ......

Minced meat　250g

Onion cut into small pieces　1　

Finely chopped garlic　8g

Apple cut into small pieces　2

Curry powder　1TL

Water　500ml

Soy sauce　1EL

White wine　1EL

Sugar　1/4TL

Salt＆ Pepper

...... Method ......

1.  Add the onion and garlic to the pan and fry until they are translucent. 

2. Fry the meat in the pan, then add curry powder and mix well.

3. Put the white wine, soy sauce, sugar and water in the pan and mix well, then cook for about 20 minutes.

4. Put the apple in the pan and mix well, then cook for another 10 minutes.

5. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy your meal!
