1. 番薯、紅菜頭、芳料粉、菜子油、鹽、胡椒濫做陣，落烘箱捘 200 度烘 40 分鐘。

2. 珠仔豆、蒜頭、洋蔥、鹽、胡椒、芳料草濫做陣攪 hōo 齊。

3. 生菜、橄欖油、蒜頭、芳料草濫做伙攪 hōo 齊，番薯、紅菜頭摻落去攪 hōo 齊。

4. 珠仔豆鋪落去，優格淋落去，樂暢來食。

➁ 地中海生菜 tī 德國號做 Pflücksalat 14 是葉仔類 ê 生菜，遮 ê 號名是按德國超市出口 hōo 英國、愛呂蘭 ê 包裝 Mediterranean Salad, Mixed Salad 其中一个號名。

Ich bestelle nicht bei Hellofresh, aber ich bin eine Katze, wie schmeckt die Box meines Nachbarn?

Ich suche das Rezept auf Google,  Google hat mir das Rezept von HelloFresh gezeigt, Süßkartoffeln mit Linsen, Ähm, das sieht lecker aus und genau die braunen Linsen habe ich zuhause.

Ich weiß nicht wie schmeckt es bei Hellofresh und ich habe keine Chancen meinen Nachbar zur Fragen, weil er ist fast nie zuhause, er kann mich sehen, ich sehen ihn nicht; Kein Abstand, kein Deutschland.

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Mir und meinem Mann gefällt es sehr.

Ich habe kein Geld, ich weiß nicht wie es von Hellofresh schmeckt, und das Essen ist auch nicht gleich wie Hellofresh, aber ich muss sehr ehrlich sagen, die Idee von Hellofresh ist wirklich gut.

Möhren in Stücken geschnitten　2

Fein gehackter Knoblauch　

Süßkartoffeln in Stücke geschnitten　1

Gekochte Linsen, Braun　100g

Pflücksalat　125g

Fein gehackte rote Zwiebel

Kräuter

Öl

Gewürz

Joghurt

Salz ＆ Pfeffer

...... Zubereitung ......

1. Süßkartoffeln mit Möhren, Öl, Gewürz, Salz und Pfeffer gut vermischen, in den Ofen stellen auf 200 Grad 40 Minuten backen. 

2. Linsen mit Knoblauch, Zwiebel, Salz, Kräuter und Pfeffer gut vermischen.

3. Pflücksalat mit Öl, Knoblauch und Kräuter gut vermischen, Süßkartoffeln mit Möhren dazugeben und gut vermischen.

4. Linsen hinzufügen, Joghurt bestreuen. Guten Appetit!

I don't order from Hellofresh, but I'm a cat, how does my neighbor's box taste?

Lentil Salad with Sweet Potato

Carrot cut into pieces　2

Finely chopped garlic

Sweet potato cut into pieces　1

Cooked lentils, brown　100g

Mediterranean Salad　125g

Finely chopped red onion

Herbs

Oil

Spice

Yogurt

Salt ＆ Pepper

1. Mix the sweet potatoes with the carrots, oil, spices, salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. 

2. Mix the lentils well with the garlic, onion, salt, herbs and pepper.
