踮德國 bué bueh 落手 ê 油湯碗這斗 tī 捷克 ê Tesco 拄著我個人認為眼前 ê 數字是敗價，m̄-koh 廠商趁甲飽滇 hōo 我機會 bué 著俗物較贏做工課，一塊 tī 德國上少愛撏紅柑色 10€ tsiah 有才調款轉來，踮德國𪜶取來做生菜碗我取來做油湯 ê 碗，目今一塊碗 kan-ta 愛我一張林菝仔色 5€ 閣有地找錢，無款轉來德國我 ē 著蛆，無 kā 錄做一篇風神褒嗦一下，心情 buē 得過。

前幾日踅新聞讀著營養師分張按怎做「夏威夷飯」hōo 按太平洋泅到大西洋閣泅到地中海、北海、印度洋押尾猶是泅 buē 離 ê 蟯蟯泅總算願意放魚尾歇睏靠岸，揣物來食。

Bowl 踮德國以我個人觀察伊較峇素食者 ê 需求，德國 ê 素食者多數是無食魚臊素，所致有厚厚卵白質 ê 枝豆是 Bowl ê 第一男女主角。因為 Bowl ê 時行 hōo 本底無受歡迎 ê 油湯碗按塗炭仔成做王妃 mā tshan-tshiūnn 阿富𪜶阿母敢若永遠剉 buē 了 ê 麻白筍仝款，四界發穎生湠 m̄-koh 框金，一塊碗愛 10€ 起跳 hōo 自本就按算 bué 塊油湯碗做外省仔麵 ê 碗，一直抉 buē 落手。咱番薯島一塊白瓷仔碗無要求品牌一張紅紙出去，閣揣 1 塊轉來，遮是 1 張紅柑仔色 10€ 出去閣無夠額 hōo 我煠外省仔麵愛規个湯鍋仔捾 leh 食...歹勢甲。

3 月底巡敗價區見著兩盒 400g ê 冷凍枝豆按 8.99€ 敗價到 3.99€ 隨款轉來厝敆越南米粉、糙米、秮仔做伙食。兩盒食煞 tsiah 雄雄想著這難得 ê 好字運呔無款來做 Bowl，總是一切過遲，枝豆齊食入腹無地揣。

德國 ê 枝豆以我個人 ê 觀察佮經驗，枝豆有兩款，一款是豉甲 hōo 我捷捷憢疑這个味素敢是按德國人 m̄ 放人煞 ê 彼支喙生湠 ê 罐頭枝豆。罐頭枝豆 tuì 我來講 tshan-tshiūnn gún 翁𪜶爸母有毒，m̄ 通綿豉成做神農氏。 一款是 400g ê 冷凍枝豆，伊 ê 價數 hōo 我準做 tuì 伊有意思 mā 甘願放伊自由，像《屁窒仔的謝師宴》〈牽手緣〉女主角一知影答案隨放男主角自由，無閣跟綴男主角 ê 堅持 hōo 𪜶 ê 愛情開花結果閣生湠新椏。

 復活節後 ê 物價 m̄ 知是南歐又閣摔大雨所致一切又閣漲懸價，抑是美國反起反倒 ê 政策造成物價 mā 若股市反來反去 hōo 我按貧惰吞瀾成做骨力食栗(la̍t)逐日踅超市揣落價物儉菜錢。

德國 ê 敗價區四常有家己 ê 位，不過自德國人較愛倚靠公民費過日子，移民人口又閣無夠額通疊𪜶 ê 勞動力，想 bueh 揣落價物目睭愛比別人閣較金閣𠢕繩，畢竟遮 m̄ 是臺灣 hōo 我有才調若揣資料按呢一項一項看。

鮮沢菜蔬目前框金，罕得支持 ê 冷凍菜蔬是將時 ê bué 著俗物較贏做工課，隨斡去冷凍菜蔬區，冷凍青花仔菜交白花仔菜無退冰落鼎炒味素足恐怖，m̄ 通選，敏豆遮爾仔幼穎款，價數 buē 敆心，換別項，這項看彼項嫌，當我決定翻頭轉去鮮沢菜蔬區，若花車大跳樓上意愛 ê 衫仔褲永遠 hőng 壓落底，彼包敢若枝豆 ê 款隨按人成做鴟鴞咻一聲 kā 目標物捎出來看，確實是枝豆，價數偌 tsuē？一公斤無到 4€，準做德國德文無 tshan-tshiūnn 奧地利德文按呢生疏猶是斟酌繩價數牌，Edamame 400g...無剉(錯)，規欉好好。

枝豆款轉來厝，開始泅網海揣美人魚，泅規半晡無見半美人 m̄-koh 齊是德國 Bowl，我若款德國 Bowl gún 翁 ê 牛聲馬喉 ē 唱 buē 離，請教愛料理，愛料理罕得搪著倚歐洲喙斗 ê 食譜，至少 gún 翁。苦惱矣，我愛按怎款待這位貴賓？Bowl，我若成做茶鈷呻，海馬 mā 遮泅遐泅假無閒，聽著我 ê 疑問句隨攑告示牌「Bowl」。

Bowl, Bowl, Bowl, 網海泅規暝齊是 Bowl 這久你閣攑 Bowl ê 牌仔，你是...當我按算喝，來人矣，拖出去斬頭，向時交頭家做陣去越南餐廳食飯 ê 畫面浮在眼前。越南米粉鋪厚厚 ê 瓜仔哖、紅菜頭絲佮芫荽 ê 雞肉米粉生菜盤若圓仔總算烰好甘願浮出來。我知影按怎招待貴客光臨矣。

招待貴客 ê 菜單選好，我開始愖食菜，食肉，也著米敆，起早頓食麵大腸繼續告小腸，款糙米燒燙燙 ê 糙米無才調拍 7 折，枝豆鬥塗肉林檎敢若無啥峇，啊！北非小米，明仔載 ê 早起頓就勞煩你佮貴客。Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today，今仔日 ê 擘腹，今仔日完成，明仔日 ê 操煩，明仔日處理。

北非小米敆紅菜頭、瓜仔哖，完成。

雞肉挲鹽落煎鼎煎 hōo 赤赤，完成。

地中海生菜敆紅洋蔥、紅菜頭、Sòo-sù，完成。

早起頓攢好勢賰排盤...這陣子齊做 Bowl 生張，有淡薄仔厭𤺪，菜櫥認真巡一逝，猶是 Bowl 較適合，來做 Bowl 好矣。彼塊白瓷仔款出來，隨見著向時惜命命 ê 雙生仔，若閣做 Bowl 獨立做一份料理 ê 瓜仔哖北非小米就失去獨立性，gún 翁𠢕喙白 ê 舌就減一斗機會來探索新味素。

白瓷仔收轉去換這塊 tī 3 ~4 冬前 mā 是 hōo 我惜命命 ê 生菜碗，地中海生菜那鋪那哭呻伊䆀，gún 翁行倚講「女人心深似海，你 tuì 伊 ê 褒嗦我到今猶原記牢牢。」

離開䆀就是聰明，這个䆀是我家己招，世間事成住壞空，人生短短我愛學習侘寂，畢竟 Arthur Schopenhauer 講過 Vom Schlechten kann man nie zu wenig, und das Gute nie zu oft lesen. 咱永遠無法度讀著少少 ê 歹故事，mā 永遠無法度讀著過額 ê 好故事，逐日齊是成住壞空，我愛學習侘寂。

1. 雞肉捊寡鹽、胡椒落煎鼎煎 hōo 兩面赤赤，挈出來。

2. 橄欖油、Lê-bóng 汁、蜂蜜、鹽、胡椒、芥辣醬濫做伙抐 hōo 齊。

3. 紅洋蔥、蒜頭、紅菜頭、枝豆、生菜、sòo-sù 濫做伙搜齊，雞肉鋪頂懸，樂暢來食。

Ich habe 夏威夷飯(Hawaii Rice) in einer Zeitung aus Taiwan gelesen, ich denke das ist ein sehr interessante Idee für unsere Mahlzeit und sofort die Nachrichte gelesen.

Ach so, das Essen ist Bowl, Poke Bowl, ich habe gedacht das Essen wie Toast-Hawaii oder 鳳梨蝦球 (Shrimp Ball with Pineapple) Styl bisschen seltsam aber lecker, ich meine Shrimp ball with pineapple nicht Toast-Hawaii. Ich bin wählerisch aber keine Beschwerde über das Toast-Hawaii, aber leider es ist nicht mein Typ, zu süß. Aber Shrimp ball with pineapple, oje, die Garnelen mit Paniermehl zum frittieren, dann zusammen mit Pineapple und Mayo. Oh, Himmel.

Normalerweise, wenn das Essen das Land verlassen hat , es ist nicht mehr das gleiche, wie Bubbletee in Deutschland, ich weiß nicht ist das Bubbletea, aber ich weiß, wenn die Ameise den Bubbletea getroffen einmal probieren wird die Begleiter sagen, Vorsicht, Vorsicht, Vorsicht, das ist giftig, das ist giftig. Ein süßes Getränk, Diabetes kommt zu dir sofort.

Ich möchte mein lieblings Sommerlichen Salat, Hähnchensalat mit Reisnudeln aus dem Vietnam Restaurant in Taiwan kopieren, aber ich bin gierig, ich möchte viele Gemüse essen nicht nur Möhren und Gurken und ich habe auch gleiches Problem, ich bin in Couscous verliebt, oh ... Menschen, die Schale so klein !!!

Arthur Schopenhauer sagt, Von Schlechten kann man nie zu wenig, und das Gute nie zu oft lesen. In Taiwan wir sagen, verlassen die Schlechten, das Leben ist schlau (ruhig und frieden).

Das Essen ist köstlich, die Schale ist gut und ich frühstücke mit meinem Mann und wir genießen diese Mahlzeit, es ist wichtiger als andere.

Oh, Menschen, die Schale so einfach zu verändern, der Mann so schwer zu ändern, warum?

Hähnchensalat mit Edamame

...... Zutaten ......

Hähnchenbrust　400g　

Edamame　200g

Pflücksalat　125g

Fein gehackte rote Zwiebel

Geraspelte Möhren　100g

Senf　1TL

Fein gehackter Knoblauch

Olivenöl　1EL

Zitronensaft　1TL

Honig　1TL

Salz ＆ Pfeffer

...... Zubereitung ......

1. Hähnchen mit Salz und Pfeffer gut mischen, in die Pfanne anbraten bis er goldbraun ist, dann rausnehmen.

2. Olivenöl mit Senf, Zitronensaft, Honig, Salz und Pfeffer gut verrühren. 

3. Pflücksalat mit Möhren, Edamame, Knoblauch, Zwiebel und Soße gut vermischen.  

4. Hähnchen hinzufügen. Guten Appetit!

Chicken Edamame Salad

...... Ingredients ......

Chicken breast　400g

Edamame　200g

Salad Mix　125g

Grated carrot　100g

Finely chopped red onion

Finely chopped garlic

Olive oil　1EL

Lemon juice　1TL

Honey　1TL

Mustard　1TL

Salt, Pepper

...... Method ......

1. Mix chicken breast with salt and pepper well and fry in the pan until it is golden brownthen remove it.

2. Mix the mustard, olive oil with lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper well.

3. Mix the salat with edamame, garlic, onion, carrot and sauce well.

4. Add chicken breast. Enjoy your meal!
